Q. Installation doesn’t complete. (Error code appears.)

A. Please check the following;
Does a computer have access to the internet?
Are you trying to enter license key in multiple computers?
Do you have appropriate security software setting?
If warning window or confirmation window appears When entering a license key, allow internet connection to this software temporarily.

About error code
11708 : This license key has already registered in another computer. This license key is invalid.
11709 : Authorization process failed to complete. Please re-enter a license key from the button (battery shaped) on the right top.
